The "Perpetual Dec" Contract


The Contract will consist of us deccing an alliance level entity for a period of 26 weeks. (half a year)


The contract will cost roughly 250m per week plus likely wardec fees (base 150m for assumption of 3 ongoing wars) for a range of 10.4 billion isk for a base cost to considerably higher for larger entities.


The contract will have 4 "victory" conditions:


1. 26 consecutive weeks of war met.

2. Damage inflicted equating to 5 times the value of the contract

3. Membership damage inflicted to reduce below half of the starting membership

4. Buyout from the targeted entity amounting to twice the original contract amount in isk. Full price of original contract is then returned to the contracting individual with the effect of them getting free wars for the period the contract ran.



Services will include highsec ship interdiction. Highsec tower assaults, Lowsec tower/customs office attacks. 0.0 harassment including cloaked covert cyno ships, regular attacks on mail sending items and general asshattery and douchebaggery designed to keep the target unable to earn isk and to reduce morale.




This type of campaign works extremely against mid to large highsec alliances and Pet type alliances based in 0.0. It wouldn't matter one bit to a group like Goons or other large established 0.0 alliances. Anything sub 2k pilots that isn't living out of titans will be vulnerable over the length of the deal. This probably won't kill a group unless they're living in highsec... but it will certainly add additional pressure against an entity facing other enemies in 0.0 or that you just plain don't like.

We will not dec either RvB group nor will be dec Ivy League. They provide a solid service in my opinion and we're not going to take isk to try and dismantle that.
