Exception error when unlocking stacks in audit log containers.

Im getting an error in the debug window http://i49.tinypic.com/maxvts.jpg

When I try to unlock a stack of items, the stack gives me the right click menu, but after I pressed unlock, it still stays grayed out.
I am the ceo of a corp and I've configured Headquarters, based at, and other permissions accordingly and they work, my guys can put stuff into corp hangar divison 2 and take stuff out freely. But when I as the ceo right click a stack of items inside of an audit log container and lock the, nobody can unlock the. I tried configuring the container to ask for a password upon lock and unlock but it's still no go. I get that huge red error message in the Ctrl alt shift M menu. Any thoughts or suggests to try something else?

I am new to corp mangement, perhaps I over looked something....
