Obvious thief is obvious: asks me in an application mail, "what ships do you typically fly for pvp, pve?" and "What times are you on typically?" His background check lights up like a Christmas tree.

I forward the mail and API to my AD's and they proceed to scam him for a 300m "entry fee," "as a way to buffer for any potential theft."

He might also just be a noob asking what ships to train for and make sure that you were online at the same tz as him :D
