In today's patchnotes we read:

Maybe the second option (the one that didn't work) was there simply to give the "war declarer" a few more seconds to rethink his decision.

"Its not working"

"Maybe its a sign"

"Maybe we shouldn't do this."

That one made me LOL when I read it. Makes the patch notes entertaining, and I'm sure writing them "straight" every time would be boring.

Tactical destroyers... I'll take a dozen Gallente, please.
