Could anyone give me a quick rundown of the idea behind this fit, and a good starting point for fittings - if you have the time, maybe a little comparison to traditional fleet drakes?

a fleet drake will have a lot of buffer or some EW

nano drakes are fast, the idea is to kite the enemy ships while u slowly kill them

Typically something like, PODLA style:

7x Heavies

MWD/Long point/extenderx2/ two utility (dual webs, ~dual eccm~, or other ewar)

2x Nanos, 2x BCUs.

Kite at the edge of point range, apply OH webs to anything that tries to close. Classic double web is for soloing/small gangs, larger gangs can fit more specialized EWAR, or use your imagination.

Weaker tank than standard fleet drake, but can kill anything that can catch it. Kite and kill, run if you are losing.
