Amarr FW is the best place for skirmish pvp in eve

Let me make this clear, i have NEVER had this much fun in eve. Amarr fw is completly outnumbered, outgunned and has lost anychance of beating back the minnies unless a huge allaince jumps in for the LOL`s. However we have an unlimited number of targets, a great place to practice pvp with almost no chance of hotdropping (belive it or not but the minnies actually like a good fight . Minnies actually do put up a good fight even when theres smaller numbers and ive learnt more from this kind of balls deep fighting than anywhere else. Of course theres blobs on both sides, but u can easily move to next system and have a fair 1v1. We dont have to deal with politics or massive 500 man tempest blobs in a bubble, we can fight with real skill and die learning something everytime. Anyone who wants to cut their teeth fc`ing or vets looking to get back into real skirmish fights with an alt should sign up, after all theres nothing to lose! we already lost! nows theres just beer and LOL`S

yeah quit moaning about losing to ccp`s crap fw setup and use this as an opportunity to get good fights, you got all the pvp you could hope for right on your doorstep.

And then if you keep thinking about it, there's that moment when you realize that there are all these complaints about matters other than how much combat you get / how readily you get it because these matters weren't worth complaining about -- because they were fine, apart from the farming alts. People tend not to complain about what's not broken. And people more readily complain about broken stuff than they praise non-broken stuff. Finally, if the line is 'carebearing' vs. 'warfare', then there's stuff that doesn't fit well under 'carebearing' (like sov mechanics, sov-changing mechanics, how the tier system motivates those mechanics) that are not just "how much pvp do I get and how readily do I get it?"

FW in general has most of the advantages that the OP lists, and has a lot more that he doesn't list. FW has a lot of obvious incentives, it has subtle benefits that I'd class as 'vaccinations', it has other benefits particular to new players, it has smaller benefits particular to people who don't think of "not caring" as a superpower. What it mainly lacks is a good sales pitch - but that's most of EVE for you.

Anyway, if FWeddit is still shitting on militia chat like it's Delve local and they're fighting off the boredom of their own please-don't-engage-us behaviors, then join any other militia. You just don't want "let's all repeat this one thing for a full minute at a rate of 0.7/sec" firing off randomly over the course of several hours.

no, fw is about pvp, the pve side means funding that.

Unfortunatly the best side to pvp for offers nothing pve wise to sustain it.

well to be fair you got alot of help from a certain goonswarm exploit, so your right in saying the minmater didnt do it all in sheer numbers :) Im just saying that i dont care, this is a great chance for fights, fun and lots of LOL`s. Im also proud of our caldari brothers on how they fought back, not least of all because of their pve stigma, but their sheer will and dertermination, something that minmater might soon see in us.

No we were on the ropes because ccp gave minmatar plexers a huge advantage. Now ccp is starting to reduce that advantage and minmatar days of tier 5 are in the past.

Just a quick fyi griffin and tier 3 gangs set up defensively in a plex are not conducive to a good fight, fine if you really want to cap that plex but most gangs wont bother engaging that.

Amarr is no longer outnumbered, lol. Everyone ******* joined Amarr now it is not uncommon to see a 30man Fweddit fleet, a 30man I.LAW gang and a 30man random Amarr all around the warzone at the same time during USTZ. Stop complaining about about #s it's untrue and obnoxious. :P
