Looking for a character for PvP that has decent skills for battleships, recons, and assault frigs (all Minmatar). Not looking to spend more than 10bn on it.

It's really nice but it's about 1-2 months from where I'd like for it to be.

There's a trick to this. Basically you can't give any link to a topic with the "you just posted in this topic" code in it. You need to click on the user, go to post history and when it lists topics you've posted in click where it says original topic. That'll get you to the virgin page for the topic and you can post that link.
