Best ways to get someone to aggro you

I know in the past there were some real good ways of doing this.

I think there was a scanner that would get peoples drones to aggress but dont remember what nor if it was fixed.

Throw out some good ways you have used.

Basically Im looking to gank some mission runners and the like.

Step 1.) Click on "Search Forums" box.
Step 2.) Type "baiting"
Step 3.) ???
Step 4.) Profit.

It's really more of an Art to get the right people to aggress you when you can flip them.

Although I do stay out of noob systems now since those are the best places to get that young player flaunting his Navy Raven to everybody.

Mine in a Rohk.
Shout at can flippers in local.
Wait until that Cynabal flips you, then BAM!, suddenly corp alt...

Use a mining ship fit for pvp. Works on pirates as well as it does miners. Arguably even better on pirates as their wet dream is to see a miner turn red to them.

Find yourself a hulk miner in a crowded area. Make a deal with him / her / it that he mines in your can and that he will get your can afterwards (obey your word on this one).

Hide with recon close to the can and just wait a few minutes.
