I don't know where your skills are at, you may need to drop the ambit extension if you are over on grid. in which case just throw another extender on it. You could go with another MFS in the lows or a DC but i like it with the TE personal choice.

You can use tech 2 versions of the tackle mods but again I am not sure of your skills so i am assuming you at least have the ability to fit tech 2 guns and weapon upgrades.

Otherwise go the highest meta level you can that will be easy on your wallet.

Maybe a little expensive for him. I suggest going for t1 modules.

Yeah , the T2 blasters are a little expensive, im just using this to learn pvp at a cheap price and still get some kills :)

Hm, you look kinda familiar. Tryin to sneak fits without us knowin? Heres a good starter fit, it might not be the best, but it shouldnt cost you a rediculous amount. You might have to change it around depending on your skills, but it only has about 5cpu left at my skill level. The second fit has higher dps, but requires closer range, but its better to use for the scrambler and webifier.
