Performance issue SINCE 1.1.5 - reproduction

I did not have the FPS issues that others were experiencing prior to 1.1.5. Only since attempts to fix the problem have been put into place in 1.1.5 have I started to experience it.

Here are my observations to help reproduce and solve the issue:

1. Only started having FPS/Performance problems AFTER the 1.1.5 fix.
2. The problem starts after Docking/Undocking. The game can be started in station or space at 60FPS, after docking/undocking it drops to 5-10 FPS.
3. Once it begins the problem affects performance of the entire computer, not just Eve, but it never happens if Eve is not running.
4. Even when it's happening the CPU/Memory/Video resources are NOT taxed nor close to full capacity.

I'm running Vista 64-bit, 4 gigs memory, 2x4870s and have always run 2 clients at 60FPS.

Hope this helps.

Same for me, didn't happen until after 1.1.5

I even lowered all the graphic settings in both my clients to low, but that didn't make a difference.

Win 7 64 4GB Nvidia 8800 GTS, tried latest drivers and various older ones from the last 6 months same results.

I also began experience issues after the 1.1.5 patch. Was playing smoothly previously.

I'll try and bug report it later this evening.

Same identical issue for me. Updated video drivers. Even un-installed and re-installed Eve. My FPS wil sometimes drop to under 1.0. It will eventually return to normal FPS after about 5 minutes but will drop again. Keeps repeating over and over. Usually starts when I undock. Tried all graphics settings in game and out. Petition submitted with all logs and ping plotter data. Game is unplayable until issue is corrected. I normally run all settings on high with no issues...have been for years with this rig.
