I built my first Aeon from the tears of pubbies just like you. That got blown up (and sunk into the swamp), but Space Communism got me a new one pretty quickly. I almost made a profit on it. Then I got bored and sold it to a fellow Goon for the same price I originally paid, netting him a sweet deal and putting me back where I started.

aren't most of them alliance sponsored, i mean for a individual or a small corp it looks almost impossible
the amount of minerals alone is staggering , not even talking about the logistics and fitting out of one

I do not agree with what you are saying , but i will defend to the death your right to say it...... Voltaire

Two years ago my ex corp mate while bored form empire decide to leave this corp and he move to to 0.0, mature +40 year old guy who realy sacrifice during pvp, he realy move around politics aspects in game etc, after x months ally bulid for him Titan, True story.

And that's the way it should be, because providing your own 90b ISK ship to fight for someone else's agenda is pants-on-head ********.

+1

Like in real life, soliders should get free combat stuf, jet fighter pilots or moderen tanks crews use milions worth military stuf, as you say providing own money because of ally war is bad way, every good ally shoud support pilots with combat ships, except solo pvp, fun roams etc, using own capital because of ally war suck hard, exept caps pilot want it for solo pvp...

I didn't.

I spent the money on useful things which are currently making me even more money.

I won't be spending that on a flying tomb either.

Of course. Trust is what you build before stabbing someone in the back! In EVE there are no friends, only kill mails waiting to happen.

Why did we even need an outpost in II-5?
