WTB Max Subcap Character - 50b+ budget

Seems sales have been falling through left and right.

I need a subcap character that can do everything and do it all perfectly.

Requirements:

17.x mil gunnery (All specs to IV)
12m+ missiles
8m+ drones (w/out fighters/FB)
Max/near Nav
Frig/Cruiser/BS V all races
Most/All of HAC/Int/HIC/DIC/RECON/BC/Covops/Command Ships/Destroyers to V
Armor comps to V
Shield skills to V (Tac manip to IV is fine)
Logi/associated skills (armor+shield) to V

Strong suggestions:

Max/near all T3
Max/near Ewar
Max/near Leadership
Max/near Probing
Cyno/Cloaking V

This is going to be a 100-130m sp character most likely.

One comes up every 2-4 weeks. They aren't very useful for reselling since it's such a small customer base that can afford them, so I never bothered to pick one up before. Now I want one, tired of playing invisible hand and want to enjoy my obscene wealth. I set aside 100b for fun, so figure 50b for the char and 50b in ships should do the trick.

First off, great character.

Gunnery hole + Min ship hole, couple small drone pieces missing (ewar/sentries), etc were almost counterbalanced by your excellent leadership (sans mining one of course) and missile skills, but not enough to make this the right character for me.

Gunnery is only missing a few mil, leadership is amazing, but there are at least 12-18m sp missing from Spaceship Command that would preclude me from flying everything I'd want to.

Hopefully you find a buyer that will want to take advantage of your excellent boosting orca/rorq skills.

TROJANACE - Good character, but I could never live with that name.

Xiliath - Just about what I'm looking for, only areas for work are drones, missile, nav pretty much.

Great character but lacking too much spaceship command and a couple other areas. Nice max leadership and gunnery though.
