Concord Missioner?

I was in a level 3 mission 'Blockade' when all of a sudden a ship flies in and starts killing my drones.
Killing someones drones is an act of aggression right? So they should have been CONCORED right?
BUT NO! The pilot went red so i started firing at them. Eventually I broke their armor tank and they warped off.
He started a convo with me and I asked him why he wasn't concorded and he said a guy in his corp had connections
and he was working a mission for CONCORD to kill my drones. What the heck is going on?

I think you are missing something here, either he went red looting a wreck and you ordered your drones to attack, or had kill rights or something. Better check your game logs.

I run missions for CONCORD all the time.

He got an easy one, though. Just destroying drones? Usually I have blow someone up using a civilian fit Bantam.

Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?

Drones will NOT attack unless you tell them to or the other pilot attacks you or uses an offensive module on you

stealing from a wreck, can, throwing insults, locking you, badposting will not get the drones to attack

Well then you don't have the right drones.

I have mine set to engage whenever a four letter word beginning with f is mentioned. Unfortunately that means they attack on 'four', 'fine', 'fire', and so forth and so on.
