Okay, I'll give odds 50/50 that the goons are behind this somehow. In case you are living in your mom's basement, in the past few days someone's been buying up all the pyerite everywhere. It's hit 14isk at Jita the last time I checked. Verge was practically out of people selling the stuff (under 1m units for sale last night) and people there were buying at 10-12 isk.

Something is going on and I'm just trying to figure out what and why. Particularly with this one mineral since it is the only one seeing these problems.

I suggest ppl go mine pyerite and sell while high who knows for how long it's gonna be such a profitable option!!

Also there is far older market forces than Goons on this game, i do not really like them but use them as escapegoat for everything weird it's just boring already.

Yeah, that's a good idea, esp for newbies who are going to mine anyways.

Sadly, I'm not really set up for mining as I've never trained that much. IOW I don't have any ORE ships.

Odd. Are you REALLY sure about that ?

Eve Markets shows a huge decline in Pyerite price the past 2 weeks into today. http://www.eve-markets.net/detail?typeid=35&limit=30#history

Confirming I've put a little stock for sale no one touched yep, decent price decent amount but no, so probably product manipulation and local/regional scale

Not where I'm at. The median price has jumped 1isk in the past 5 days. Looks like the trends are only going to go up for a short while.

Don't fall in that bad market playing. Yes there are thousands of ships being killed but atm there's no reason to see prices escalate 10% over a week, this is just another speculation moment.

My bet would go on Mexallon and Isogen, not Pyerite

I love that we're becoming the boogeyman for every little dip or rise in the market. "Oh a slight run on a commonly used mineral, must be those damn goonies!"

You asked me once, what was in Room 101. I told you that you knew the answer already. Everyone knows it. The thing that is in Room 101 is the worst thing in the world.

It's a conspiracy. Like landing on the moon, or those sex tapes of a yak and your mom.

Those were real, I set them up and made sure the yak was fed and happy. Mother on the other hand didn't seem so enthused.

Pyerite will continue to rise all summer and perhaps longer then that.
Even when all the other minerals have already peaked and are starting to flatten out or fall.

This was expected some time ago.
It doesn't take much to figure out why.

A Goon Comment I must actually agree with.
