Who are the well known pvp and pirate corps/alliances in eve?

Just wondering who are the pvp corps/alliances you respect just off the top of your head. I think it would be great to see what corps/alliances are out there that are worth taking a look at. My views are based on their FCs and general member pvp abilities.

Alliances:
Pandemic Legion
Gypsy Band
Solar Fleet
The Unthinkables
The Initiative
Darkside

Pirate Corps:
The Hatchery
Gunpoint Diplomacy
Take it Deep

Solar fleet just got their teeth kicked in by NCDOT so you should probably knock them down a peg or two.

Pirate = Black Rebel Rifter Club - I do not know if I am at liberty to say where they are. But I am sure that if you want to fight someone they are likely up to the task. They are, at least in my opinion, an honourable pirate/PvP corp. They won't always offer a ransom but they WILL always honour one that is given.

I hate to say it but despite what everyone says about GSF I have read some things that lead me to believe that they don't care what those outside think of them but those that are there are treated very well. I think they understand very well that one individual working within a collective of like-minded individuals are able to accomplish herculean results

As many may claim different and go blah blah blah they don't pvp only station camps... has plenty of mails to prove different.. but.. that's not the topic.

flew with them and killed many ships on different occasions when I wanted laid back pvp.

Privateers, the orphanage

hate all you want, but there is some good pvp players in there and they do have a great record

huh, and the 300 man fleet NC. welped against Solar on friday was them playing hard to get? 45.7 B killed, 7.92B lost. I think Solar may have won that one.

Flew with The unthinkables in the past, unless they have picked up some new FC's i ddnt think they were in the same league as Pandemic Legion..

The Unthinkables have improve allot over the past few months as a pvp alliance. INK wouldn't be where its at today with holding sov if it hadn't.
