A RA thanny, with a nightmare and a couple small ships seen picking on a defenseless local pos in quiet lowsec 1 jump from delve, scared to fight for delve, hiding from the call of duty while their alliance falls apart. Will they come back to finish it? Will a righteous force arbitrate justice?

pos comes out of rf around 1:00 eve time, mail me if interested
