Excess skills for clones

Is there a point in EVE that you've trained so much that there won't be a clone to cover you? Where a skill point loss is inevitable upon being podded...?

No. CCP will add, and has added, new clone levels as needed.

Even Dr. Caymus is covered, and he has the most SP in EVE.
