I think its way to big, it blocks more than 1/3 of the screen, mostly with white, unused space.
You can see whats going on, but i really dislike the small screen which hides all the piloting stuff going on.
Also its too bright and draws too much attention

I second that statement...

The stream quality in total is pretty crap compared to recent tournaments aswell.

its a tad to big yes but the info is just sooo good to have. but yes a slightly less glaring white would be nice.

I have to agree, this screen format on the stream sucks..... You can only see half of the screen, please go back to the old setup with the teams on either side of the screen

First thing I noticed... way too big of an interface. Also, I am only able to watch in 360p. Anything higher then that and it is non-stop stuttering.

I agree that this is nice info, but it should have been attached to the old frames that did not block the whole screen.

Why ccp, why???

The old format worked so well all these years... now we miss like 20% of the image...just bring the old format with locked ships on either side...

Please deinterlace the video...that combflickering makes me want to poke my eyes out...

The interface is not big. It's FUCKHUGE!!!! Eating 20 per cent of the screen with a fashy eye-burning white, there is no other way to describe it. Plus we can't see and read a damn thing when the window is reduced, you have to expand it to see what's going on.
The stream seems to be slower than last year. I remember waching it in HD with no problem, this year i have to limit myself to 480, and the interface is blurry if so. But the HD stream has such a visible interlacing it doesn't change much between both.
And why are the colors and positions of the team inverted in the lower part in regard of the upper one? Great job CCP for making to absolutely not sensible move.
I'm however very happy with the E-WAR indicators, so you guys aren't 100% wrong. But not that far.

The camera views in the old tournament were cinematic and all but didn't really show what was happening. I LOVE the information in the new scoreboard

So the team in RED at the top is actually the BLUE team ?

Well i think is very good i like following the info more than the empty space. Well and i think its big enough when 12 players are up.

I'm sure they will refine it as the alliance tournament progress, please keep in mind these are just quailifying matches. I've to agree though the white makes it a bit harsh and it does seem to take up a lot of room, I think you could lose the boxes in the lower corners, other than that though I don't really mind it.

I think the overlay covers too much of the screen as well and the stream quality sucks, it says HD but it looks more like 360p, and as previously mentioned the interlaced footage makes me want to throw up as well

That's true. Right now, they're only utilizing half the space but when the first competition round starts, it will be filled a bit more.

CCP implementing a bad interface? Surely you jest.......P

Like the new info, hate the fact it's badly designed, white and takes up to much space. Also looks like whoever is on the right is taking hull damage before shield, and Agony where listed red at the top, but blue at the bottom.
