Gurista rats or plexes?

Since rat chaining has been nerfed I was wondering if it would be more isk efficient to do gurista plexes instead of ratting. It also seems to go better with my lazy stable dominix fit. I live in 0.0 btw.

You can run Guristas Forsaken Hubs,plane cruisers and Battleships,no frigs/web/scram.
But Its maybe a mil or two more of a reward than ratting in a belt.
Plus Dread Guristas spawn more often in belts,even thou theres a small chance for it to spawn in
certain plexes too.Escalations are more rare than any other things
