Extending aggression timer

Can someone help to clarify on this subject. A few of us were having a discussion and even after numerous thread searches,as far back as 08', we still can't get a definitive answer. If a pilot flips my can, and puts the item into his own can, am I able to extend aggression by warp scramming his can or any wrecks he may have left behind?
This would also fall under the category of combat, by scramming or shooting someone's wreck, and extending aggro so you can attack them again when they think the timer has run out. Sorry if this has been answered before, I just can't seen to find an accurate answer. Thanks in advance.

You're able to extend your aggression timer (the one that allows him to shoot you) but not his aggression timer (the one that allows you to shoot him).

So if you're attacking the container when your original timer expires you'll actually get concorded without warning.

Yep it's ********, but that's how CCP Greyscale's crimewatch team wants it to be like.

Just warp scram their container or wreck for as long as you like. It extends the mutual timer.

If brute force isn't working, you're just not using enough.

Please Note: Any advice given comes with the caveat that nothing will be suitable for every situation.
