If the OP is thinking this far (however far, and assuming this isn't some hypothetical exercise to get around the previously stated CCP determinations about account sharing), then transferring the character and assets to a new account of that person to whom he wants to bequeath said character and assets in advance of his death is not so troubling.

On further reflection, my assumption above must be false. This is either troll or 'I am smarter than the lawyers at CCP'.

At any rate, you have your answer from CCP. There is no gray area. You can't just claim it's wrong, because it's not wrong. They decide. If you don't like it, unsubscribe in protest. You own nothing. You pay for the privilege of logging on. They own all assets, period. It's not yours to give away.

Well, atleast where I live, the EULA as an actual contract type stuff is unenforceable in court of law anyway (We got a ruling on it from ways back when Microsoft wanted to kill the selling of OEM Windows licences without any hardware, needless to say they failed :p )
