5mil SP looking for Industrial/PvP Corp

I'm still fairly new at only 5 million skill points. I'm trained in Caldari Battlecruisers (missle) and some mining. Here's what I'm looking for in a corp:

1) Has a decent to large amount of people online at 5-10pm Pacific Time (west coast US)
2) Does mining ops, and has an industrial side to it
3) Will run missions as a group
4) Willing to teach PvP to a total PvP noob (at least in this game)
5) Laid back, friendly atmosphere
6) Does primarily operate out of a wormhole
7) Has an alliance with Sovereignty

If anyone knows a Corp that fits those criteria please send them my way.

(P.S. I realize I'm currently in a corp, but they do not have people online during my prime play-time, so I have to look for another (sad face)

Do not think many Sov owners will operate primarily out of WH at the same time running missions in NPC 0.0 or highsec...

But if you are interested in coming out to 0.0 and joining an alliance and corp where you wont be just another number check us out here

Oops...I mean to say "does NOT primarily operate out of a wormhole." But on second thought I guess it doesn't matter as long as they're willing to show me the ropes regarding wormholes.
