So, we're less than 48 hours away from the big day. Just one question (and forgive my ignorance here).

What the hell happens and how does it work?

ie...

When does my team have to be ready for?
Where do we need to be (space/station/fleet)?
How will you contact us?

be ready 2 hours before the match (in your ships with implants ammo, everything tripple checked) docked up in station.

a GM / CCP member of staff will contact your Team captain, he will the invite himself to your gang.

He will then transport you to the designated system , when there ready for you)

From there he will tell you what team beacons you can use, you warp to the team beacon and then warp to the areana at your ranges.

after fight, your very swiftly moved back to the system you came from.

I would advise having just a single fleet up for the entire alliance. Last year when I was offline for a match, the devs just started looking for what fleets the alliance had up. You can call it something appropriate as well.
