Rancer. Yeah, just don't warp directly from one gate to another. Neg Ten almost always has a smartbombing Rokh that sits in a safespot between gates that will kill a frig as you pass through it's grid. Lost a frig and pod to them once because of that.

Used to live in the Hysera region ages ago.

Now it seems the Russians have taken over. They mostly blob w/ carriers.

The locals in Hevrice are usually game for a solo frigate or cruiser fight

though many of them employ off-grid boosting alts and high-grade implants.

Back in my FW days I noted that Old Man Star has independent pilots prowling for ganks and fights. Not sure what it's like now. Last I heard there is a group camping it up in there, but every time I been through there it's a low head count except when a FW fleet is going through.

You should consider parking in Villore and hitting up OMS system if you want to just jump in and get fights. Been jumped a lot of times running recon on the OMS-Villore gate.

The Bleak Lands, amarr/minmatar faction warfare territory. Id advise joining amarr faction warfare but then im biased. Always lots of action going on and plenty of fights to be had.

Plus your only 9 jumps from amarr for all the re-shipping you will be doing, good place to base out of is MYHEER, lots of low sec systems nearby. Have fun
