To answer your unposted question, Caldari hit tier 4 the other day. I imagine that there was an orgy of datacore buying at that time, as datacores that you can sell for even 150k at tier 4 are insanely lucrative - 5000 isk/LP.

Hmmm...who are these 'Driven Men'? It is obviously a coded reference to Imperial Shipment corporation and their Amarrian religious zealotry coupled with their need to deliver cakes and music on time across the Universe. Could it be that Agent Drago has covertly identified a flaw with the cakes that could endanger human lives, and is whistleblowing?
