Need help with a Retribution or Hawk fit to fight a Rupture.

And any other type of T1 cruiser that fits neutralisers and can be found in the medium-sized faction warfare plexs? Basically my skills are focused on missiles and frigates.

Go with a vengeance. Fit a Nos and a plate. The cap recharge bonus on the vengeance and capless weapons let you maintain point and occasionally pulse the ab/rep.

Nice fit. I was EFTing earlier and just couldnt come up with something similar so thanks.

I kind of like the Hawk but is the Nos going to be able to feed cap to the TD, web and scram?

The nos will cycle twice for every neut, so it should keep the tackle running. If your under 1k and orbitting... its GG - no AB needed. Just web and scram.

Vengeance doesn't even need a nos to kill a Shield Hurricane or Rupture. With it, it's practically impossible to shake off, barring ECM drones.

As with all things in EVE, it will depend on what you're fighting.

Hurricane with Shield tank, 425s, Heavy missiles, no webs and a long point? You can kill this in most frigates.
Same Hurricane with dual webs, scram, neuts and 220s? You're just not killing this in a frigate.

Most cruisers/BCs can be fit for killing frigates, or for killing other cruisers/BCs. Some can be fit for killing both, most cannot.
