First off, the most important bit here. I'm a total pvp newbie. By "total", I mean that I think my total pvp kills is something like one, and also that I know next to nothing about fitting ships, or really about much of anything in this game aside from how the market works (which I'm quite adept at). I'd really like to change that and get out there and fight, learn, etc.

More about me:

I'm a recent college grad. I have a job and active social life and all that good stuff, so life does come first for me. I do have a decent amount of free time for gaming and other things though, so I'll be available often.
I have been station spinning and forum reading (mostly market discussions) for a long time and not flying enough. I need an excuse to get in on these new pretty missile graphics.

What I'm looking for in a corp:

- US Timezones, especially EST - I'd like to be able to log and join a fleet when I get home from work, rather than at 11:30 PM or 2 AM or something silly for me.
- Willing to teach me how to do pvp, remembering that I am currently a total newb
- A corp that will help me use my current 35M SP efficiently, and personally guide me on what I should be training next
- Uses Teamspeak or something equivalent. Actually speaks understandable English. Seriously.

Please shoot me an evemail or something if you think your corp might be good for me. Maybe we can talk on TS or whatever.

Keep in mind that I'm the industrial recruiter for CTQ, but you should get the gist of who we are by that.

The combat wing is always looking for new talent and I know you'd fit well with us.

We have really good pilots pew pewing people on a nightly basis. The corp has a solid US evening presence and the people are involved without being overly obsessed about EVE. We tend to have pilots in their late 20s so we're fun to hang out with but mature enough to work when on OPs.

Since you have a solid SP base you should be able to jump in quite easily, a lot of roams are done with stealth bombers and other small, not-to-painful-to-loose fits. Doesn't mean we don't hot drop caps from time to time.

We use TS extensively and to be truthful this has to be the most entertaining server I've ever been on. Send me an EVEmail for login info to come chat with us.

You might also want to get a hand of Linda Carter or Brin Milo for a more extensive rundown of the PvP OPs. Again, industrial guy, lol.

If youre willing to take your time and learn pvp with us... Id like you to consider Dark-Rising to be your new home in new eden. Were mature and friendly corp thats taking part on Gallente Faction Warfare. Lots of experienced members and truly a place you can call home in this harsh universe ^^
