Use specific hardeners and drop the EANM. You know what damage you will be taking.
You are devoting 7 mods / rigs to cap where the above uses 2, freeing up 5 for improving isk / hr
Don't trigger the triggers prematurely and you won't need double large armor repairs. Double armor repair fits are for when you deliberetly agro the whole room and then go afk whilst your heavies go to town.

T2 gardes make a big difference as in the above fit they hit out to 50km whereas T1 only hit out to 40.

To make the above fit "shine" you need to have some high SP skills at 5. BS 5, Sentries 5 and Drone Interfacing 5 which is 2-3 months. T2 guns arn't nowhere near as important
