If you wish, I could offer services as a third party in this transfer. I will hold the 500m retainer/insurance fee and the 25b isk until he can transfer his knowledge and promises to you, and upon doing so will gladly hand the 25b to its rightful owner, keeping my own fee's worth of course, in the process.

Conmen and fraudsters are hard to find in eve, when my mark responded to me in a certain way I knew he was listening, that is not my alt i can assure you.

I know it looks crazy some of the stuff I type (lol) but I am role playing a little :)

If the 48 hour limit passes than there will be major set backs because I will lift the blanket on a very high profile operation that eve online has never see the likes of, this is big, bigger than a titan infact. So yes for the next 48 hours you will be kept in suspense and on the edge of your seat.

My carebear npc 0.0 operation will work. And my Mark here will be the investor.

I know how many billions you have at the moment and what im asking for is really nothing. What do you plan to spend it on anyway??? Why not share it with the community?
