to be honest, being an 03 pilot doesn't mean a whole lot if you have not been training for most of the time. Also only a very select few seem to be interested in alliance creation toons. I recommend choosing one path to skill towards (leadership toon, orca toon, production toon, ect) and sticking to it.

Since your SP is kinda all over the place I'd recommend selling for 8b and hoping for a bit more.

To be honest I would be happy with 8b just cant afford the account anymore wife aggro says 1 account mister lol
