Been flying about the Warzone recently and have to admit, I've seen jack sh*t of both PIE and EM, as these corps/alliances claim to want to fight for their respective government, where the f*ck are they?

Or have they just concentrated on the merc side of things?

PIE have left the militia, EM have the whole of the Republic to patrol, and don't work on taking Amarr space. You're probably looking in the wrong place.

Joining one of the militia's is hardly the only way to 'fight for one's government' ms. Sato.
