Horrendus lag since last patch

Ever since the last patch, I've been seeing very bad lag after 15 minutes or so of playing EVE. If I restart the client, the lag is gone for another 15 minutes or so. The lag is not only in-game, it lags out everything running on my computer. EVEMon, TS3, Firefox, etc all jump around and lag horribly. If I minimize the game client, the lag disappears instantly on my computer. (Obviously I don't know if the client is still lagging as it's minimized) I tried updating to the latest version of nVidia drivers with no success, I also installed all available updates from Microsoft. I realize I am running short on available memory, but it hasn't been a problem till recently.

I'm not 100% sure this is the same issue, I skimmed though the posts in that thread and didn't see anyone complaining about their entire computer lagging, just FPS issues.

I'm experiencing the same on a GTX 560 Ti using the latest drivers. I only have one client open.
