This toon is on its way to being a good one. having 3/4 of the cruisers to V is a huge bonus. You do however need some work on your support skills (engineering, drones, gunnery, missiles). Especially the gunnery if you wish to use your min/gallente cruiser 5 skills. Recon 5 would also be a great addition.

In the end its a nice looking character and I can see it selling for 9b
