Will I get aggression flagged?

First question:
If my friend and I are in a fleet and my friend gets attacked by someone in high sec, will I get aggression flagged, towards the attackers, if I remote repair my friend (That is, will the aggressors be allowed to attack me without concorde intervening) ?

Does it make a difference if my friend and I are in the same corporation or even if we are not in the same fleet?


Second question:
If I'm mining with my combat drones out and on aggressive, will my drones attack a player if they attack me?

If my drones attack him, does that aggression flag me towards him such that he is allowed to attack me without concorde intervening?

Will his corp mates be allowed to attack me, if my drones attack him, after he has attacked me?

Will his corp mates be allowed to attack my fleet or my corp mates if my drones attack him, efter he attacks me?

if your friend is aggressed to somebody else. And you assist your friend with remote rep drones or any type of assistance you will be flagged as well meaning the aggressor can then attack you as well.

It depends what your drones are set on. If they are set to agressive they might attack the can flipper if he turns red. The minute your drones engage, it means you engaged and the agressor can then defend himself by killing you. And no, his corp mates will not be able to join in, unless it is in the form of remote support which will allow you to attack them as well.. If he robbed from your can and your in a corp, everybody in your corp can attack him as well.

No, that'll never happen. Unless he is actually attacking you, the only way your drones will ever attack him is if you specifically tell them to.

Yes

No. If you RR Adam who can be legally shot by Bob, then Bob can then shoot you.

Yes, at least.. they SHOULD, but CCP's drone AI programmer is an effing moron.. they just may rep the guy and make him a sandwich instead.

This is a confusing question. If your drones attack him, without concord popping you, then yes he can legally attack you without concord popping him. But your drones would not attack him just because he's red to you, you would have to tell them to attack.

Only if you have taken from a can/wreck of his, and only if he is in a non NPC corp.

Let me clarify my first question, as I apparently wasn't being very clear.

If my friend is flying a mining ship and he doesn't attack anyone, but another guy attacks him, will the other guy be allowed to attack me for repairing my friend?

I don't believe my friend gets aggression flagged for being attacked.

PS) I know concorde will kill the guy who attacks my friend, if my friend doesn't fight back, but it will take concorde 20-30 seconds to respond, which is why I'm interested in repairing my friend to keep him alive. I dont want to lose my ship for repairing my friend though.

If someone is suicide ganking, it doesn't matter whether they have "permission" to shoot you or not. They've already triggered a Concord response. At that point there's nothing stopping them from shooting you until their ship blows up.

That said, it takes time to get a lock and unless they started the gank with both of you locked, they probably won't have time to get the kill before their ship goes boom.

No, he won't. Your friend is an illegal target, helping rep an illegal target doesn't let the criminal suddenly shoot you legally.

However, the point is moot since the aggro timer is 15m, the GCC the attacker picked up is 15m, and being in space in HS in a ship with a GCC is how you lose a ship.
