I'm looking for a good, focused, Thanatos-Nyx Pilot.

What I'm looking for:

Good Spaceship Command Skills. Only the needed spaceship command skills need to be trained (Gallente Carrier 5, Capital Ships 5).
Good Subcap/Support Drone Skills. Fighters 5, Fighter Bombers 5 is definitely a plus, Mining/Repair Drones irrelevant/not needed.
Good Cap/Tank/RR Skills. Capital Armor Repair/RR at 4. Shield/Armor/Cap skills at 4. Compensations and Upgrades at 4 or 5.
Decent Electronics. Electronics 5, Signature Analysis 5, Long Range Targeting 4, Electronic Warfare 4, Electronic Upgrades 4.
Good Navigation Skills. Evasive Maneuvering 5, JDC 5, JFC 4.
Minimal waste in Industry, Missiles, Leadership, Social, Trade etc.
Cybernetics 4 (5 is a plus).
Relevant rigging skills at 4 or 5.
Jump clones, implant sets (slave, snake etc) and kill rights irrelevant.
Sec status can be negative (but not < -5).
Must have positive wallet.
Can be located anywhere.

These are the optimal skills I'm looking for.

I will obviously consider lower SP characters, as long as they meet the 'no waste' requirements (ie as long as the majority of the SPs are allocated to the skills that I'm mainly interested in), and are within my budget.
