new portrait will not show?

My girlfriend started a new account and her portrait will not load....it just shows a grey box... how do i get it to load for her and it's also showing no portait in local either

Having the same problem. Just created this character (Sent-X) and my portrait will not show up in game no matter how many times I update it.

"The current state is Rendered at 2012.06.29 08:22:15". Clear your client's cache to see if it shows up.

Clearing my cache didn't work. Tried submitting a new picture after that, still didn't show up. So I tried making a new character just to see what would happen an it's portrait wouldn't show up either.

Ok, just logged in and saw it updated, seems to be a rather long delay when the server updates the picture.
