Cannot see minmatar ships after AMD 12.4 driver update

I updated to AMD 12.4 drivers on my AMD HD 6900 card. After I did this, I cannot see Minmatar ships. I can see my talos, but not my maelstrom. It effects several characters. I rolled back to 12.3 drivers and the same results. Worked fine before the 12.4 upgrade. I cleared the cache of the account and deleted the C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE\c_games_eve_tranquility folder. Still have the same problem. Any thoughts?
