i was away from game couple months and when i come ack 2-3 days a go i realize exploration is dead! i scan over in 15 systems in branch and i found nothing only 1 wormhole and 1 gravimetric instead before 3 months was full of complexs.... any1 else notice that?

maybe they nerf the spawn rate

Been several years since I lived in null. But the general response from the exploration community will be that your sample size is too small and spans too short a period of time. Every week, it seems, someone starts a thread complaining about lack of sites, or lack of loot in sites. Then others will provide examples of their recent high ISK finds. Someone will go on about the randomness of it all. Some might even say you are trolling. Then it might devolve in a philisophical disussion about the nature of EVE.

i never post in forums.... i do exploration long time and this is first time i notice that....wanted to know if its a problem but maybe was random...

ok FINE! you did it! you rustled my jimmies so here is some math for you:

assuming that every explorer has a 50% chance to find at least one good site per day, the chance to NOT find a good site for 7 consecutive days is (1 - 0.5)^10 ~= 0.8% this means that in the process of a week, one in 128 explorers will find jack. now if there are as many as 1280 explorers in eve and one in 10 of them feels the need to write an exploration nerf topic whenever he is on a one-week dry spell, we will have to bear these topics EVERY ******* WEEK!

In the last 5 days I've had:

4 Guristas 10/10s (The Maze, one from an escalating haven, the other 3 scanned down)
4 Dread Guristas Fleet Staging Points (3 from escalating forsaken hubs, 1 scanned down)
3 Guristas Troop Reinvigoration Depots (6/10 ,all scanned down)
1 Guristas Military Operations Complex (7/10, scanned down)
2 Guristas Fortresses (both scanned down, 1 escalated to Hired Gun)
1 Guristas Military Complex (scanned down, did not escalate)

Not to mention the sanctums, havens and forsaken hubs I did when I couldn't find anything to scan (hint, scan in a ship that can also rat while you scan, FoF missles on a cloaky Tengu in an anomaly is boss :) ). None of this was done in a upgraded system as we've had a cloaky camper in ours for a week. Most done in Venal, but also Tribute, Branch and Tenal (Tenal is fun, plexing under the noses of Razor Alliance is even funner :) ).

In those last 5 days I've taken 2 Pith Large Boosters, 1 Pith XL Booster, 1 Pith Shield Boost Amp, loads of DG loot, a Crystal Delta implant, a bunch of pith hardeners and overseers effect, and the crown jewel, 1 Pithum A-type Adaptive Invulnerability Field.

Yes, exploration is broken, CCP should fix it so I get moar stuff.
