I've tried that several times in my EVE career, but almost always I am answered by someone who is clueless about the game. I have, therefore, given up on submitting petitions.

If I submit a petition and mention the AT, will I be answered by the official AT team?

P.S. I'm the CEO and the team captain for DarkSide, if that's important for anything.

After our last match, where our Scimitar pilot appeared in the tournament system with all shield transporters offline, I filed a petition, and was assured by GM Grave in chat with me that he will read it before the next weekend. It's now two days before our next match, and while I don't know whether he read it, I still haven't received a response.

So I ask again - how do I contact the CCP Alliance Tournament team about various issues with hope to receive a timely response? Is there an email address read by someone?

Maybe CCP hates darkside which is why no other team reported problems with mods offlining on move.

Or maybe your scimi pilot should remember to online his transporters.

I would also ask you the same question, then i looked at your alliance and realized that F1 is the only button you need.

Have you tried joining one of CCP's very large customer client umbrella alliances?
Do you think the paltry number of subscriptions your alliance brings in buys you some favour from Hilm$r?

I don't think so Tim. When you're looking at a couple a thousand sheeplets that will do anything CCP tells you to tell them to, then we can talk, until then, enjoy your awakening into the brave new world where you realise you don't mean **** to CCP.
