Yup my son plays and he's autistic. Tho few months ago they changed the "label" from highly functional to autistic traits. He kinda goes in trance in front of the fitting screen... people ask me "what's he doing" and I say "leave him... he's trying to make it cap stable".

Pro tip: when most people hear "autistic" they are thinking of that last incoherent kid they saw at a shopping mall or park, so there is a stereotype in effect. They don't really know about a "spectrum" and the concept of "HFA".

A lot of people has aspergers and don't know it - and I think that the demographic of this game is such that a lot of the older crowd might have had their heads examined before such diagnosis was possible - though honestly I have observed that a lot of people getting the AS/ADHD diagnosis are getting drugged up way to fast.

There is also talk that aspergers is not going to be considered autism. Maybe they'll call it "geekism" or something. Who knows.

But... as long as this thread is on... time to put up or shut up... take the test

I'm pretty sure I have this but I have not been properly tested. I'll love to talk with fellow burgers and compare notes. One notable trait is my fixation with putting everything on plastic drawers, nicely organized and correctly labeled. Lately I had to cut the drawer amount in half due to wife complaints about drawers being an eyesore. Having to merge computer video cables (VGA/D-SUB/etc) with TV Equipment video cables (RCA/HDMI) is been bothering me every day since.
