What did you not like about the fits you found when you searched for some?

Definitely good to have all the relevent engineering skills maxed out: both cap recharge and cap capacity, shield boosting skills, shield comp skills, as well as T2 large lazors.

OP, maybe you should at least state what you intend to do with the nightmare. also, the fit above me fails.

I should buy an Ishtar.

What do you want to use it for?

I'm going to assume PvE for the moment.

The first question is which Lasers you want to use; Pulse fits are seriously sub-par without T2 lasers and Scorch ammo (Radio outranges Scorch but only just - and Scorch does Gamma damage all the way out) Tachyon fits can run Multis out to 45km+ and there are arguements in favour of using Faction lasers with a Tachy fit (though excellent gunnery skills are still very important, Controlled Bursts [5] with Sansha or Dark Blood lasers and T2 tank leaves the ship cap stable running guns, TCs and hardeners for example, leaving the booster as the only significant cap concern).

The mids can be fairly universal unless you're running with Logistics, a big shield booster with an amp (IMHO, pulsed tank is easier to manage than a smaller, expensive, deadspace booster running constantly), a heavy cap booster and 2-3 hardeners and a tracking computer or two.

Heatsinks, a DC and a TE (or a PDU if you need it) fill your lows.

Personally I use an Auto-Targetter II for the extra 3 targets locked and a shield transporter because I'm often working in a group and it can save a lot of time if mistakes are made but I know some people prefer drone links, Nos or Smartbombs in their spare highs.

I have been using that for way 2 long now. Its a great ship , web helps to kill thigs close from cruisers and up , . I used named cause the range they give , and carry T2 for those 100km kills. AF is there to use to open space and gate to gate minimising the time you spent traveling and i got domination cause it needs the less capacitor. (plus it is cheap). Dps here is 800+ , tracking is great and playstyle is from small to big . If frigates come close you need to use drones. You can add a nosferatu there also , making some rats to go away from you ,

gist b-type xl, and t2 heatsinks Cry

this is how I've been flying it. can swap the AB for another TC on missions where you can sit still, I've just been lazy and leaving it fit. omnitanked cuz I'm lazy, that and in caldari space the em/therm missions usually don't have too many heavy hitters, and mercs go down stupidly fast. in amarr space specific hardeners would probably be a bit better, or maybe 2xinluns 1x em.

lowslots, imo this the only way to do them (unless of course you want to go more pimp).
mids, can pimp if you like. might be fun to slap a mwd on there. and as I said can swap ab for another tc. might be interesting to swap to an ancillary booster and drop the injector for something.
highs, faction tachs might be worth it, they use a lot less cap (tbh I'm too cheap to try em). tractor beam for looting cans, and the auto targeter for 10 locked targets.
rigs, cccs let you pretty much perma the guns, letting you save the cap injector for the shield booster. I don't know if they are the best rigs to use, but I've been too lazy to switch them. I'd think a t2 rof rig would be a ton of fun, but take a lot of cap.

Consider xl ancillary shield booster loaded with 400s, just turn off automaric reload, also 2 tracking computers, mega pulse if ships will aproach, tachs if you fight at 30 to50 km

Unless you have a Tengu booster I would use something else. Even with the Tengu, I would use something else.

video of a nightmare fleet with a michael jackson music - suddenly I like the nightmare a little bit less, like it has a stain that can never come off.
Check out this pvp video , even though it's a sisi one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_uvEncoiqoY&feature=channel&list=UL and from the same author http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZyajGLoe0Kc&feature=relmfu

BTW practicing on sisi is not a bad idea if you wanna pvp in a bil isk ship

Mine is similar to this. I use a thermal rig instead of the 3rd CCC and I have a sensor booster instead of the tracking computer in the mids. Tracks just fine, use gleam for anything under 20km, except for frigs.. but that what drones are for anyway. Sensor help a lot as I try and pop as many frigs as possible before they get to close. I separate my guns, 1 beam will instapop a frig and almost do the same for cruisers.

You should have posted anew thread.. changing the subject of the post confuses everyone... and makes those who tried to help look like monkeys who can't read...
