Uber Pie sorted out my problem amicably with a FULL refund. Still not sure what happened with this situation. If it was the Inferno 1.1 patch it certainly confused everyone involved. Shocked

Uber Pie stands by their service and should be commended. I would be confident in recommending them based on the handling of the 'bad' situation.



I will leave my previous 'grouchy' posting for historical reasons, even though it's all been resolved very well:

As I explained on my mail, the correct factions were boosted, but perhaps that is not being reflected on the standings tab due to either the cache not being cleared or CCP doing one of its post-patch hickups where corp standings are not updated after 7 DTs.

I've sent an application to take another look at the corp standings and if they are not updated I will obviously provide you with:

- a full refund
- my apologies for the inconvenience caused
- an offer for a boost free of charge.
