Triple-boxing as before patch, still works fine (mostly) on my pod-interface (i.e. PC).

BUT.

Before the patch you could log of one client, log on a cyno-alt, do the cyno-thingy, log of and relog your original toon and triple-boxing still worked fine. Fps stable at 30+ on all three clients during all this.

After the patch, the above makes my PC go bananaz: fps on all clients drop to 7-8 fps when logging of and relogging in one of the 3 clients, CPU goes high and GPU too. The work-around is to close all 3 clients and restart them again.

Also, docking and undocking after the log-off/log-on seq above, make the frame rate drop to 7-8 fps when in space. In station (WiS disabled) all is fine. Undock -> 7 fps and fans go wild. Once again, this is remedied by shutting all 3 clients down and relogging them "freshly". Memory fragmentation or swapping problem maybe?!

I know CCP does not officially support dual or multi-boxing, so I am prepared to do the work-around I found out. Also, guess I will upgrade my PC soon, new graphics card and more memory might be the trick here, we'll see.

i7 Quad-core 2.93 GHz, Windoze 7 64 bit Pro, 8 GB RAM, GeForce GTX 460, 1 GB RAM GDDR5, dual screens 1920x1080 21". Usually have firefox, EVE mon, EFT, OpenOffice and some other apps in the background.

Please add me to the list of people seeing this Sad. I've been dual boxing for, well, years and no problems. I noticed last week that I was seeing this on the Sisi server, and now after the patch I'm seeing it on Tranquility. Its pretty much unplayable with two clients running. And I can say for sure my system is not peaking out. It seems to start out ok and just gets worse over time. Memory usage is pretty high on both of the clients but seems to hold steady.

last night had some fps issues as well..I was in my ship with no damage to doing some PI in a POS when after completing my final planet and exiting out of planetary view to find my ship in structure damage as well as some armor and shields, etc. Fitted 2 armor reppers and didn't do anything, logged and everything was fixed. Just giving you a heads up..Will file bug report later, system crashed shortly after while trying to duel box and wasn't in the mood for any more problems..

use to be able to 'save location' of a collidable object before patch, was in the drop down menu.

speaking of fps issues..

please can anyone at ccp fix the clouds...

warp into an oruze construct or whatever that site is called...your fps will drop from >100fps to just 5-10 fps.

same happens when close to gas clouds

I cannot download and install "anything"? I have tried several times and nothing works and I am "NOT HAPPY" I am paying for this game people. I expected more from experienced programmers.

I have this same problem. The minor release today did not resolve it.

Definitely seeing much more lag when looting wrecks even in systems with no one else present. When I click loot all, I can see individual items disappearing and then reappearing in the target location....very slowly.

I've since this since the Monday patch.

Before the patch i could run 5 eves and other stuff with no lag at all.
Now just even turning 1 eve on with nohting else i can see some lag - not just in eve but in other programs im using.

I have i7 3ghz 16gig ddr3 ram and geforce gtx590 card

I should not be getting lag!
I notice it is using alot more cpu than it used to.

ok i have a issue with the new patch and the rifter models.

Freki is 60m long and the Jaguar is 139m long now please tell me how the same hull got twice as large with this patch.

i think you drop the ball here ccp.

Thanks for the slight improvements to the inventory system... However, you are missing the point.

Unified Inventory is COMPLETELY BROKEN.

My shift key is now completely gone. Seriously, having to continuously hold the shift key has finally caused physical damage to my keyboard.

FIX IT

We don't want inventory "unified" by default. We want windows to open independently, like they did before. Make unification an option and stop being n-a_z-i-s.

when jumping and trying to dock, i keep getting the following message

07:30:00 Notify You cannot navigate that way with the selected object as it is too far away. Try moving in its direction instead.

isnt a docking command classed as 'moving'?

Possibly a small thing in the big picture. I think the patch notes indicated there was some fix to the behaviour of open unified inventory and cargo windows.

what happens now is this:
If I dock with cargo closed
then If I leave the Hanger Items open and udock
the Hanger Items window becomes an open cargo window once I'm in space

this is undesirable behaviour.

If I have cargo closed when I undock I want cargo closed when I enter space.

If I have cargo open when I undock then that is when I want cargo open when I undock.

I do not want the behaviour of my cargo window dependent upon the behavour of any other unified inventory window.

When clone-jumping, if I have my ship hangar window and item hangar window open (as I always do when I'm docked), they get automagically closed forcing me to open the 'main' inventory window and mess around with the tree and my shift button to get them back (since we lost the quick & easy shortcuts to open these windows directly).

Plz 2 keep open windows open when clone-jumping, kthxbye Ugh

Really? I have pretty long arms ya know... You sure it's out of my reach?

A station warehouse container was announced with "full" when I tried to stack an item but wasn't according to the hud.

According to the patch notes:

"Warp-in locations for moons in wormholes J140133 and J112041 have now been fixed."

There does not appear to be a J112041. Perhaps this is a typo? In which case, what system was really being fixed?

Has anyone been experiencing a FPS drop in missions?

After the patch, i've been having problems with lag in security missions. Once battle starts and the missiles start flying,my FPS drops significantly. And these aren't big battles where you would expect alot of lag; I'm a noob and run lvl 2 missions. Prior to the patch, battles ran really smoothly and it was a pleasure to watch the missiles and explosions. Now, it's painful to watch because of all the stuttering and minor freezes. The lag hasn't put me in danger yet, but i'm worried that it could get worse as i move on to higher level missions. I've tried zooming out during laggy missions, and that doesn't seen to work. I don't know, is it just me or is anybody else having the same problem?
