When Inferno 1.0 hit TQ, I began having troubles updating. (I honestly can't remember what I did back then to make it work).

Now, with Inferno 1.1, I can't update / repair the client at all.

The launcher starts, goes to "Validating client" (hangs up a bit around the 16% mark) jumps to the next step, then starts "Creating patch 391117 - 391117" and gives me the next error when it reaches the 17-18% mark : http://justpaste.it/12xv
This is the error I get if I try the repair tool : http://justpaste.it/12xu
Here's yet another one of the errors : http://justpaste.it/12yp
And the "launcher.2012.06.26 file : http://justpaste.it/12yp
Here is the DxDiag : http://justpaste.it/12ys

I did try :
- Uninstalling / reinstalling (using both the online and offline launcher)
- Downloading the latest patch and trying to patch manually
- Installing on both C: and D:
- Turning my AV/Firewall off (Nod32 SmartSecurity 5)
- Hitting my head against the desk
- Shouting (more like screaming) at the installer to "just ****ing work already"

Somehow, I did manage to get in the game, but soon after <5 minutes, it simply locks up and dies.

EDIT: Also, there's this : http://i.imgur.com/KuwER.png .

I tried un-checking that box, but in vain. After I click Apply and the prompt that asks if I want the change to affect the subfolders pops up (I click OK), then OK to confirm everything, nothing happens when I check the properties again. It remains the same as in the image posted above.
