Ive run into an issue and it confuses me as to why i get more power out of my capacitor regeneration matrix than i do out of a powercore multiplier. that makes no sence seeing as how its bonuses are to add power. i get 200 aditional units in power with a capacitor regeneration matrix than i do with a powercore multiplier. this basicly makes the powercore multiplier useless unless you want to put a gun on your ship.

i just checked it has the least amount of power!

all the other races have this module ballanced more appropriately why cant the caldari understand the actuall meaning of power core multiplier. That it means more power not less.

While that particular subsystem might be unbalanced in regards to the rest of the tengu subsystem, your not going to get much support to improve a tengu subystem..... The tengu is considered by most players to be the most overpowered subcapital ship in the game... and if you think the powercore mulitplier subsystem is out of line, the correct course of action would be to nerf the other engineering subsystems so they are more inline with the powercore mulitplier!!

well i hope ccp looks and sees this issue it would only take a couple key strokes add about 400 MWs maybe 500MWs and it would still be the least amount of power in comparison to the other races. then it would be more appropriately ballanced. all the other races have aproximately 600 and 700 more MWs.
Making it the most entirely useless sub. for the caldari

Legion
Power Cor Multiplier
1,200 MW??
Proteus
Power Core Multiplier
1,165 MW
Loki
Power Core Multiplier
1,050 MW
Tengu
Power Core Multiplier
555 MW ?????????

The Legion also seems a little unfairly ballanced as it looses 90 in the power core multiplier
the tengu looses 270 in the power core multiplier

the rest of the races gain which is what the subsystem should do give power. otherwise the only benifit is getting a high slot and a gun which is useless with out the power in the first place.

Seems to me like its to balance the carrier. Considering the firepower the Tengu holds anyway, I personally have no complaints about a small decrease in power.

well no one uses this module anyway as it doesnt help the tengu
instead the will get significat cap stability (capacitor regeneration matrix) or they can overpower their weapons (supplement cooler injector) to get more dps both of those subs give more power than the multiplier. which is one reason why people are having so much dps the better option to go with in pvp is the supplement cooler injector put out more dps.

Perhaps the numbers come across as under-balanced... but the Tengu itself is NOT under-balanced.... quite the opposite in fact... Do you really think the tengu needs MORE Powergrid?? Why??? Heavy missiles use less PG than most medium weapon systems, have more range, and deal good dps. Until you can explain how the powergrid of the tengu unfairly limit's it's fitting options, no one is going to give it's subsystem a boost...

If anything is to be changed, the PG increase of the ACR, CRM, and ACI needs to be reduced by 400 PG... or some such... That would be balance....

The Tengu already gets more power grid which is my point this sub system Power Core Multiplier is entirely useless take it off the market as every other engineering subsystem has better benifits. its a strategical cruiser you should have the choice to strategize is i still have yet to hear why its so superior.

If you see this engineering sub on your enemies ship you know your going to win because they loose dps with this sub you loose a low slot so now your conflicted as to whats more important tank or dps because you cant have all mods that benifit that. For example the ballistic control system or damage control 2 low mods that you have to decide what you want the typical fit will have about 3 BCUs and even a damage control so if you want more power you must sacrifice one or the other.

^ thats what i said earlier

When you get more power grid you have to decide what you want more dps or tank because getting more powergrid means using the subsystem power core multiplier using this subsytem means losing a low slot which means loosing either dps or tank the comon low slot modules are BCUs and DCUs you have to reduce your dps by about 100 because thats about how much adding BCUs on my tengu does. i like my DCUs so i would choose to sacrifice a little dps to stay alive a lil longer.

The subsystem provides an extra turret slot and is meant to be used in conjunction with the Hybrid subsystem which also provides powergrid for a total of 1437.5 at level 5’s.

I believe this is to deliberately balance the Missile versions by limiting powergrid while providing the fittings for the Hybrid versions. Both those subs could still use a buff though.

Second thoughts maybe the subs do not need a buff. 745 DPS, 1474 dps tank for the duration of the booster.
