Noob Nursery (Stellar Nursery)

The idea I have is to set aside 1-4 star systems that you can only enter if you are under ( ) skill points and or under a month? 6 weeks? old. I guess this would be a Concord imposed restriction for older players, the star gates would just not allow you in.

I remember my noob days in Amarr. I joined a 2 man corp and started recruiting. I think of the 150+ people I recruited maybe 4 of them are still with us. Thats not a great survival rate. I hear you say, "weeds out the pussy players" ya, ok but I was a pussy until I found a place in a fun corp that moved to a fun region. What about people who are not as lucky as I was to find friends in game?

This nursery would allow new players to move around between star systems "safely". They can learn some of the mechanics of the game. I suppose they could kill each other still. Also I would suggest there be a few CCP people or volunteers (I would be up for some noob training time) there that could fleet groups of them or one at a time and help them on missions and or fight small incursion(ish) events.

I can imagine the long time players reaction to this idea. But it is not about us old players, it is about the new guys.
