If you have questions about certain forum moderation actions or moderators, please file a petition. The forum is not the right place for such discussions in any case.

Are we changing forum moderation rules? No.
Will we keep intentional forum rule violations under close scrutiny? Yes.

So why are the forums not an appropriate place to discuss the moderation which so clearly affects the forums. In the real world - normally when a state supresses information or discussion its beacuse its trying to hide something or trying to manipulate opinion.

seems pretty suspect to me and i hardly ever post on the forums -

We need a forum about the forum. A meta-forum...

Based on this Dev reply, you might want to file a petition to get your answer.

OMFG. It's pretty common for forums not to allow moderation because otherwise mods would be busy with threads about moderation that only trolls care about.

Forum moderation discussion is per our forum rules not allowed on our forums.

This doesn't mean that moderation discussions cannot happen, it just means that the forums are not the proper way to do that. If you have questions about forum moderation, please file a petition.
