Maelstrom is better than vargur if it's 1400mm's would simply track better enough, th tracking is the problem with the maelstrom.

according to Liang 2x missile speed rigs make your cruise immune to defenders out to about 80km... although that is a very niche use for them and probably not a good reason to actually fit them.

I haven't observed this. Evidently, NPC defenders work differently from player defenders and are chance-based.

npc defenders are indeed chance based, but they can't hit what they can't catch

Mach is a great ship but you really need to pay attention when u are jammed by rats. With the Vargur, u can just sit in the middle of the room and press F1. I guess the Mach would be more fun, if you consider missions fin in the first place.


have fun being perma jammed in that mission. I've has issues even in a tengu with eccm and the sensor strength sub system so the marauders are gonna really struggle.
