Yeah, why should the company that prides itself on listening to the community listen to the community? Damn you all to hell for saying otherwise!

I've seen this before in other games. Volunteer moderation (and heavy moderation itself) is the fastest way to kill forum. Customers pay money and don't want to see amateurs in the service and don't want to keep their mouth shut - they just walk away.

Hey Malacath, burn the forums all you want I love the glow, but as I am compelled to repost to help you out...

Hello,

I have found the simplest way to pass on feedback regarding the ISDs is to email support@eveonline.com.

Not only do complaints that translate into support tickets get attention as they generate cost but emailing support ensures you can track your responses anywhere and it assures maximum visibility of your complaint as it isn't channeled to the forum area by the game client automatically but must be processed manually.

Also, forum moderators really have little visibility of or company commitment to their tenure so the more the costs of having them on board rise the more scrutiny they will be under to perform.

It's the only way to do it I'm afraid. You cannot complain about anything on the forum and when you complain to support it should be for maximum impact.

You should always enquire what the escalation path is for your complaint and how to access it.

You shouldn't be afraid to use it - you are paying for this service.

Yes, because contacting support worked wonders when CCP wanted to bring in P2W services. Mass protesting & unsubbing did nothing.

I just don't think you are understanding me here.

If you want to forum rage and unsub then they are perfectly valid tactics for you to use and I'm happy to see anyone do it because I get off on that sort of thing.

What I am saying you should ALSO contact support as it drives home the point and makes them respond in some way.

Is that so hard to get? Attack on all fronts?

You can't? Really? Seems to me that that's right up CCP's alley.

Your time spend contacting support is free.

Most of those deluded tw*ts can't even find Israel on a map (hint: Mediterranean Sea, people! Ah, but then, they probably couldn't find that, either...Roll), nor yet have they ever met an Israeli.
