I'd like to thank CCP Guard for taking the time to reply to a petition.

I know that a great many of the guys on the CM side have loads to do, so I appreciate that he did this. Especially when it was an issue i felt strongly about.

Thanks CCP Guard, and all the rest of the guys that deal with our (somewhat annoying at times) petitions.

Not really.

We used to do player tickets back in an old job I did. It was tedious and a great many were answered by preformatted response due to the sheer volumes of tickets popped in. And when you were doing it, you would eat so much abuse for doing the job that it could seem a little disheartening.

So, whenever CM of any game takes the time out to pop a response that is personal, I like to say thank you.

Just the way i'm wired I guess.

Kudos - and credit where credit is due. Right on. All too easy to slate CCP for one thing or the other, yet when thanks is given, you are trolled. Just goes to show what crap CCP have to put-up with on a daily basis.

I'm actually curious about how many tickets are produced on a daily basis and what the most common issue is.

Wouldn't surprise me if it's been answered in the past but I've not come across any threads about that yet.
